Use of the service
You may use the editor to create personal, educational, or commercial ranking graphics, subject to the rights in the material you add. Do not use the service to break the law, distribute malware, impersonate another person, harass others, or publish content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
Your images, text, and rankings
You remain responsible for images, names, and opinions you place in a list. You must have permission or another valid legal basis to use and share them. Rankly does not claim ownership of a ranking you create in the browser. A downloadable PNG can include third-party material, so your ability to publish that output depends on the rights and exceptions that apply to your use.
Templates and editorial material
Templates are starting points for discussion, not official rankings or professional advice. Editorial guides explain methods and examples but do not guarantee a particular competitive, social-media, or search result. Game balance, rosters, product details, and platform rules can change after a page is published.
Third-party names and links
Brand, game, character, artist, film, and sports names belong to their respective owners. Their appearance identifies a topic and does not imply sponsorship or endorsement. External links are provided for context; third-party services control their own content, availability, and terms.
Availability and downloads
We aim to keep the core editor available, but features may change or be interrupted. You are responsible for saving copies of important rankings. Files are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law, without a promise that every browser, device, image format, or third-party integration will work without interruption.
Reporting problems
Use the Contact page to report rights concerns, security issues, or factual corrections. Include the exact URL, a description of the issue, and evidence that helps us assess the request. We may remove or revise material while reviewing a credible report.
Changes
We may revise these terms when the service changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from that point, subject to mandatory rights in your jurisdiction.
